No offence taken. To each their own. As long as I like it I don't really care what other think. By atmosphere being more of an effect I mean that it's something in the background that adds spice to the song rather than being the main entree (like most stuff today).

The example you are providing have bits a pieces of what I like about the band but as a whole sound "hipster" and "pretentious". Not trying to be rude but that is the association. Thanks for at least responding!
