Yeah, I've always known she's a bit of a dummy. Obviously she knows her entire career is ultimately built on rock but refuses to acknowledge it. Instead, she believes that iterating a couple steps beyond that exempts her from classification. This goes hand-in-hand with building her incomprehensible, overweening aesthetic, which is centered around the most shallow form of idiosyncrasy: uttering bizarre statements and wearing strange clothing.
