Why the U2 hate? I mean no one is making you listen to them? And honestly there is no denying that U2 influenced countless bands and had some amazing records and put on lots of people to open to them from Pixies and Public Enemy to that one Industrial band I can't spell. Here's the dirty little secret about 4chan and the internet in general, you can ignore stuff you don't like. You can go the rest of your life with not hearing U2, no really it's possible. Also why deny Radiohead were HEAVILY influenced by them. It's ok man, I was a hater too then I gave Joshua Tree an honest try and it was one of the best albums I've ever heard.
