Are you a drone or do you like music and actively explore yourself?

if i see an album on /mu/ i can assume it is to be avoided at all costs
i basically look for music at random these days
it's more entertaining than any other way

>using either

It used to be 50/50
Now it's 1/10 chance. You're right . I just go through my collection of that I have, and listen to stuff that mu hates or discards altogether because of language barriers, usually
/mu/ is just a circlejerk of pop music, /mu/core top 50 and FotM hype.
I've been slowly trying to get more into various electronic genres, break myself out of the whole "muh albums" thing. So far I've been having the best luck with house, electro disco and drum and bass. I don't really go to /mu/ for recs anymore aside from occasionally getting decent metal or ambient recs in collage threads.
once in a blue moon i get some very good recs from /mu/, such as 385, number girl and mass of the fermenting dregs
