Nothing, artists need critics to know what they can improve on, but score should not matter as much as feedback.

Especially for someone like Scaruffi, who has made a career downtalking albums everyone else likes, while building up only the "unique" ones.

Does anyone else want to see a Dog Day Afternoon type of movie where a Scaruffi, Christgau, and Fantano try to rob a record store for rare releases of their favourite artists but end up with an intense stand-off with the police, taking the record store customers hostage, some of whom get a case of Stockholm syndrome and take sides among the ensuing disagreements between the critic robbers?
