Havent listened to it yet. Im gunna give it more time to cool down and not pay attention to what people are saying about it because everybody has opinions. Besides, I know in my heart I'll never get an album as good as Demon Days again, so everything after that has just been kinda like bonus cool ish to grove on.

Humanz is currently making me appreciate Plastic Beach even more. The lack of genre variety is making everything blend together.

I'll give it some more time, though. I really enjoy She's My Collar and Charger.

While I agree with you OP, in that this album has some amazing songs, I also do feel like there's some stinkers. Thing is if they removed those stinkers this would be a normal sized gorillaz album.

This is essentially TLoP of Gorillaz albums.

Maybe. I certainly didnt mind Plastic Beach when I first heard it and my appreciation for it did grow, but I only like 3 or 4 songs from Humanz and hated the rest, so maybe I'll grow to tolerate it as times goes on.

But its going to be a long fucking time, its at the fall levels of apathy for me. At least the fall had amarillo.
