Imo this little bit of info is actually probably a much more substantial hint about what to expect next than you realize. Grimes' music post-Visions is pretty much synonymous with sonic eclecticism. For her to be looking for a common musical theme this time around indicates something more along the lines of another Halfaxa or Darkbloom (the only two releases of hers to date made with common sonic themes in mind.) Which certainly suits me fine, since those were my two favorites of hers so far - sonically speaking.
