What are some artists other than Ben Frost, Arca and sometimes OPN that make electronic music that can be quite noisy at time but always has some kind of lush, serene reverb laden melody tucked away in the background?
And i don't mean anything that features sections of pure noise, it needs to be that kind of juxtaposition of these two elements. It should also feature percussion or some element of rhythm.
The most extreme example that comes to mind would be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qW9MHtYeQCA (although it lacks rhythm)

Here's two local artists (Melbourne, Aus) that kind of fit the bill.
Ju ca
>https://soundcloud.com/ju_ca
he's got a bunch of releases on various labels, you should be able to find them via his sc or by searching through bandcamp. My internet is super slow atm so I can't be bothered to link those, sorry OP.
Corin
>https://soundcloud.com/corinmusic
Corin's recent stuff is a bit more structured, takes a lot of direction from club music. She's put out a bunch of stuff that's more ambient previously. Corin and Ju ca have also collaborated on a bunch of work as well, which is why I'm posting both.
Of the two, Ju ca's probably more what you're after.

Really thought there would've been some more popular artists like Ben Frost and Arca that do this style of music though.

Well, this kind of stuff is almost exactly what i was thinking of. Noisy, but also with lush and melodic backgrounds and overall more atmospheric than harsh
