itll be good senpai, i know the feeling. i actually dont see many other folks who have panic attacks that last as long as mine do. mine always last around a week, during which i become a total hikikomori.

what helps me get out of it is making some music to express myself, marathoning anime, and taking dissociatives.

do you have a psychologist you visit? i go to one and i dont know why youd b going to the hospital instead of a psych. if you dont have one you should find one, its good for times like that.
