What's some metal-esque hard music that doesn't quite fit metal as a sole label

Blends of electronic noise industrial punk, Industrial, noise, cyberpunk, electronic punk, prog, perhaps no wave, drone, harsh narsh noise

Just looking for music that blends into areas of metal but isn't quite metal, bands like early skinny puppy come to mind
