Any bands/signers that are female and sign some type of rock/metal? I see too many females singing pop and I'd like to hear female vocalist really rock it out
Any good examples? Anything familliar to NIN or something like that?

Yeah, transitions is immediately head banging. Listen out for the Nails guitarist contributing riffs on one track, forget the track but its her yelling LIKE A CARCRASH over these awesome black metal melodies
Chelsea Wolfe doesn't exactly "rock it out" but it's definitely not pop

Oh also the album Terminal by a band called Salome. Their a sludge, stoner, noise band with Katherine Katz on vocals. Probably the best female metal vocalist of all time.
Some stuff from How To Destroy Angels

Seconding this. She works with agoraphobic nosebleed now. Their latest ep (arc) is pretty similar to Salome but she's been on a couple more typical grind albums of theirs too.
