What's your favorite interval and why?
I like the mysterious sound of the major 2nd.

I like the major 7th as you get that nice tonic/leading note dissonance but the notes are far enough apart frequency wise that the interval is clear
Just has a really interesting unsettling character to it imo

I like the major 9th, because it has some of the major 2nds brightness, but isn't as dissonant. It's very colorful aswell.
Perfect fourth is very mysterious and brooding.
I like the double octave. It's boss.

Perfect fifth. When you get two tones to lock in ALMOST perfectly at a perfect fifth, it can be the most beautiful thing in the world. If they're an exact perfect fifth, it sounds robotic but when slightly off (negligently maybe 2-3 cents) and you can't tell, it just adds a little bit of depth that makes it so much better.
Major 7th
Tritones master race here. The interval is so good the Catholic Church banned it.

This.
Major 7ths and Major 9ths. I use them all the time in my own music, there's something so melancholic and beautiful about them
