i can't because I was already arrested and there's a court order mandating i get injected with these meds

The only way to make good art is to let all your emotions and psyche loose, you need to abstain from any sexual release for at least a month as well to amplify your sexual energy. Drink lots of milk too.

Give it some time, stop making music for a while, you'll eventually redefine what you do and get better at it, worked out for me.

It's a shame that the best medicine can do for people with psychotic mental conditions is basically brute-force blocking of anything that could lead to an aggressive or overactive state... at the expense of functional and positive active states.

Maybe try to switch doctors or do what you can to switch to a different anti-psychotic. (Or research experimental substances to take alongside the anti-psychotics to potentially bring back some functioning: memantine, for example.)
