Has hip-hop/electronic beats fully displaced rock/guitar music? Seems that way.
>>
That will literally never happen.

seems that way if you're a fucking pop radio listener
>>
Name one relevent and or memorable geetar album to come out in the past 2 years

Odds are what you mention will be disposable music that has already been played out. There is no innovation in rawk anymore
>>
>>72014610

i wonder what that smells like haha

I can't.

none of those are original or innovative, and the ones that try to be simply can't push the boundaries as much as electronic.

I know for a fact that DFA1979 makes garbage "dance punk" that sounds like utter trash. There is Z E R O depth to the music.

All them witches makes epic stoner metal whih has been done to death

Code orange does shitty speedcore

You listen to garbage metal and the fact that DFA1979 was the first band you posted is pathetic. Also I asked for albums and you gave artists, proving you have little reading comprehension.

fact: guitar will never go away, it can't be a fad when it speaks to people's soul

hypothesis: if guitar doesn't reach you and you're exclusively all about electronic beats and niggers screaming TWERK DAT A$$ BITCH, well maybe you're just a tasteless brat

jesus fucking christ are you even in high school?
>>
>>72015032

The fact of the matter is more GOOD electronic and hip hop records are being made than geetar records. This means that the style is being supplanted.
>>
>>72015047
not an argument fag-o
Death from above is hot garbage. You like listening to stinky poopoo noises and I'm the underage? haha ! as if!
>>
>>72015061
thats a simple opinion based on what you look for / surround yourself with

(TV/radio excluded because thats all they push for - faster, cheaper, endless and easy cash grab)

no.

>>72015402
I know a lot of "guitar music" fans are hoping for this punk revival thing at some point during the Trump regime but I don't see it happening. Some of the best counter-culture music out right now is made by hip hop artists, and speaks to the current popular discourse on race AND class rather than the anxieties of white America.
