>phone is dead
>totally bricked
>no chance of saving it
>lost over 100 original demo recordings
>lost several potential album covers and some original artwork
>only like 5 of my original recordings were backed up on my laptop
>none were ever released
Music for this feel? As an artist, I feel destroyed. I lost my PC a few years ago. Luckily, I had most of my art backed up on my phone. Now that's gone too. Almost all of my art is gone now.

Consider suicide.
This is the only reason to use the cloud
Why didn't you have an external hdd?
Something similar happened to me, though not to this magnitude. I was sore for a while, but I realized I was recreating a lot of the music from memory. The songs you really cared about are still in there, anon. Don't lose your drive, you need it now more than ever.
>not using a four track
kill self, bandcamp-core indie shoegaze trash
so were you making music on your phone? idk what to tell you man keeping all your shit on your phone is a dumb move

>not riffers
Riffs and melodies will randomly pop into my head. I'm literally always hearing music in my head, and its much easier/faster to pick up my phone and my guitar and record a riff before I forget it, and then give it a proper recording later. I said that I had hundreds of recordings. Not finished songs.
I lost all of my handful of compositions because I never thought I'd need to pass them down to another HDD. I still remember a lot, but there's so much that has been lost...

This. I remember my best/favorite ideas, but not all of them. Besides, I would love to have the original recordings to maybe release some day.
