Creative Aurvana live! (the first ones), they're just improved copies of the Denon D1001.
The Philips Fidelio x2's are fucking great too for the money.
I also strongly recommend the Logitech UE6000's which sound amazing in passive mode (and fun in the active mode). The Logitech brand might scare you off, but the guys behind those phones are Ultimate Ears which used to make professional monitor headphones.
Lastly, the DT880's are great for the price - if you can find a pair under $200, very comfortable.

I got mine off of amazon, they sound fine

Worth mentioning: the DT880's and the Fidelio X2's are not ideal to have on the go.
beyerdynamic byron, got mine a couple weeks ago, they sound great when worn in
I also have beyerdynamic t51p which are probably the best sounding on ears on the market, and are very portable too, but you wanted earphones so they probs aren't what you want
Shure ear buds
