I like slint, probably wouldn't choose them over kc but both songs have a different mood. But best of all time? Certainly, Sigur Ros deserved to come further for post rock

Not mentioning velvet underground have some timeless and potent singles and songs they should've been in the finals

My Bloody Valentine is really ok but lol.

I'd place The Great Curve or Born Under Punches for Talking Head's.

Fishmans got a pretty weak bracket again, though i admit Long Season kind of go through all the spectrums of moods that God Only Knows does and even further. The entire song as a whole is possibly better than God Only Knows. But they will lose anyways.

All of my favorites got knocked out in the 1st and 2nd rounds anyways
