Turbopleb here, what are some lesser known albums that are like this (or like the Pumpkins in general)?
This one might be up your alley

Never heard of this one. I'll give it a try, thanks man!
try this

Don't think I have this one. I'll add it to the queue. Thanks!
Not exactly the same but you might dig this, same sort of shoegazey/fuzzy guitar tone over great alt rock songs thing

This is a fucking great album
>>71887798
there aren't any albums like that. it's a one of a kind masterpiece
TODAY IS THE GREATEST

Thanks for the recommendation I'm loving this album right now.
Very obvious Pumpkins influence on this one

I guess what specifically are you keying in on? The vocals or the guitar tone, or just style/genre in general? That'll help probably.
Hum - You'd Prefer An Astronaut

Not the best mix, but other than that the super fuzzy tracks like Little Dipper and I'd Like Your Hair Long are similar to Siamese Dream in a few ways.

Downward is Heavenward sounds more Pumpkins-y IMO.

if you've never heard the Pixies, cop dat shit. Bossanova and Trompe le Monde have that very studio produced sound like Siamese Dream, whereas Surfer Rosa and Doolittle are more analogous to the sound of SP's first record, Gish.
maybe you'd like Jane's Addiction. 70's Bowie or T Rex had pretty, heartfelt songs that also rocked out and had lush production (for their day, anyway.)

agree. they have an earlier album called Pikul, too.

Downward is Heavenward is sick, The Scientists is one of my favorite closing tracks ever.

Not like Siamese Dream, but I always got The Everlasting Gaze vibes from this track by Melissa Auf Der Maur, who was also the Pumpkins bassist during the Machina period.
