Black One and Monoliths are my favorites, when that WREEEEEEEEEEEOOOOOOOWWWWWWW suddenly comes in after Sin Nanna it puts a smile on my face every time

Meanwhile Sunn approach drone aggressively, they assault you with heaviness where Earth just makes background fuzz to smoke up to.

Are there any other bands that are straight-up BWOOOO drone? A lot of the "drone doom" classics are just slowed-down stoner metal with riffs. I want something that's formless and suffocating.

I enjoy it, listen to it often. Herod 2014 is about killing children I think but a lot of the lyrics are pretty abstract and a bit cryptic. I'd recommend it anyway
