Is there a way to listen to Spotify songs without ads/offline

if you mean mobile, look up Spotigy modded apk and use that (that is if you have an Android, not sure about anything else)

I have both, but the modified APK still gives me ads and I can't download anything either.

On the desktop it's fine, but I like to have my tunes on the go too.

Or should I just go download songs instead? I was thinking of doing that and just listening to that but I have like 300 songs in my playlist, and I have no idea how I'd go around finding all of them at a decent quality

that's odd. maybe try uninstalling and installing again, and using a fresh account? make sure you don't have normal spotify installed too

Maybe I have a different APK? The APK lets me choose songs and skip them, and it actually gives me the choice to make them available offline - it just doesn't do anything.
