La Vida Boheme. Their 2 albums are GOAT. They went from an alt rock band with some post-punk influences into something more in a rapid amount of time. I especially recommend their second album, especially if you look into what happened in Venezuela in recent years. Some of my favorite lyrics.

Lol no, although english is obligatory since children are 8 year old iirc, the level people have at 18 years old is pretty much shit unless they have extracurricular english.

Also, Spain was a dictatorship until the 70s and franco didn't fancy english much, they taught french back then, what i mean is that almost nobody over 40 speaks english.

Uruguay is southern enough to not be super hot. Not that anon, but it is one of the safest and most pleasant countries around here, in latam. I live in Colombia and it is NOT hell on earth, as some might try to depict it, but you can still do much better.
