How do rock band societies at college work? Like what's the set up?
I've been at college for a year now and have yet to meet someone even capable of listening to a full album.

The fuck do you even mean by rock band societies?
My band got pretty popular at our college because we practiced on campus in this little outdoor theater thing. I also spammed campus with stickers.

Is this what you mean?
If so that sounds like what happened when a bunch of people at my uni spent like a week taking acid and other psychedelics. When a group of people embark on a journey together theyll get on a similar wavelength

Not a laughing matter. I haven't either except for this one guy I passed wearing a Money Store shirt
FInd your local punk/indie/diy scene. It will suck. Unless you're in a decent city.

TELL ME HOW TO FIND MUSIC FRIENDS DAMMIT

They don't, currently at uni and they're all the worst type of introverts, I'm at two open mic nights a week and they never show, don't socialise and worst of all they don't even make bands with each other
>finding college aged friends on the basis of music
>wew
ya'll are fucked I guess. I may be a total loser these days with like 1.5 friends but at least we share the exact same music tastes and share music with each other etc. I can't imagine having friends who listen to bullshit music actually

I feel it
was too autistic to make friends with a classmate who complimented my music library when he asked what I was listening to
