Can people with autism truly appreciate emotionally complex music or do they just have to listen to EDM? I mean even Aphex Twin could overwhelm and frighten them.
>>
Mmmmm.... aphex twin isn't "emotionally complex"

You're out of your mind if you don't think good IDM would give autists a fucking panic attack

it just wouldn't make any sense to them
>>
>>71571836
What kind of music autists enjoy?
>>
>>71571798
Are you talking about people with autism or Down syndrome? Serious question.
>>

One of my friends who is a literal autismo unironically enjoys harsh noise, said it was soothing.
>>
>>71571836
You forgot this is 4chan where autism means being cringey or weird, not the sensory perception living hell that it actually is.
>>
>>71571870

Deadmau5, Daft Punk, stuff that sounds like it was generated by a boring computer

I mean I have aspergers and love Autechre. Also venetian snares.

This
>oh you were joking haha
>are they laughing at me
>what if im being judged right now
>do I sound autistic when I talk
>did they just hear me talking to myself >they think im a fucking idiot now
>OW that noise was loud
>that guy is really annoying
>wait I do that too...
>someone mentions artist I like
>oh yes I should reference a lyric annoyingly instead of just saying "hey I like them too"
>ITGOESITGOES...fuck i just did that in public
>immediately regret it
fuck
>>
Most people that listen to EDM I think are generally more integrated into society and social circles that nerds that hold a super high regard for their 'authentic' tastes.
>>
>>71571871
>people with autism

dunno boss
>>
I'm quite a sperg and personally it's simple music that confuses me the most. I'd rather have something to take my mind on a ride than try finding subtleties in a 4 chord song.

>>71572366
>Most people don't think exactly like that.
Thinking about it really fucks me up.
>>
This is pasta you spergs
