ok I'm not trying to be cheeky but is this guy one repetitive or what? I mean every song seems almost exactly like the last one across every album I've heard from him, and people flip for it. He's a great bassist but his lines are never memorable, seems like just scales played impressively. The singing flat out sucks too. Are his live shows really that terrific?

no its... its hard to pin down to one note but I guess in the age we live in his music feels so fresh listen to the top 40 rap singles then listen to one of his songs it's so wildly different that he gets a lot of praise

It's not that I'd delete tracks, it's that the whole thing just sounds like the same song over and over. It's not awful, but such little variety leaves so much to be desired
