Electric Wizard are pretty good. I love Dopethrone and I think their debut and Come My Fanatics are great too. They kinda dropped off after Dopethrone though which is a shame, but their newer stuff isn't terrible.

Everyone's heard Dopethrone, and it's honestly the band's high water mark, but they've got some other great albums too. I like the Legalize Drugs and Murder EP.

Heaviest band? Nah. There are plenty of other stoner/doom metal bands that get heavier. Belzebong, Sleep, The Body, even a couple of Boris albums get pretty intense.
