His lyrics on the same level of intellectualism as Twenty One Pilots, his fans are all pretentious nu-males who think they're more clever than everyone else because they listen to a rich white capitalist money farm who cannot see the irony in his own words. It's actually laughable how gullible some people can be.

Great singer, musician, and lyricist. All the external crap, the image, interviews, etc. are really irrelevant to me, given the quality of his music.
Luckily, I heard Fear Fun without knowing anything about him at all so I just simply appreciated without any preconceptions. The quality of his output has only risen, so people's ridiculous criticisms only get more outlandish and less applicable imvhotbqf.
