How is the genre of music called where a young, white guy (or soft darkie) barely sings about his relationship. Most of them have some soft voiced female who joins in for a duet at the last chorus.

I work in a lab with 3 millennial females and the radio is always on the "hit station". I swear to god every second song is like this.
