I love Glassworks but MF18M is more interesting to me. I sort of understand Glassworks but I haven't even begun to get MF18M.

What is it considered then? Everything I've seen just refers to it as a "minimalist work" but that's not a proper term. I mean it has movements and all the right instrumentation and despite it being specified for 18 musicians it should probably be played with 30+ so it has the right amount of people.
