Found this thing at a relative's house.
I think the speaker's broken. It just sort of hissed, and clicked when I tried to get it to play chords following the instruction manual.
Anybody know what it is, and how complicated it'd be to fix?
I'll give you $10 for it.

lol you fucked up bro use da superior tech
Looks like it might be an electronic auto-harp.
Put it into the garbage.
omnichords are actually kind of popular with diy electronic musicians. if you can't fix it cheap, you can still probably find someone who'll buy it.

i think that's what i'll do then, i don't play much of anything anymore and i'd like to see it go to a good home
how much you think i could reasonably get for it in a pretty hipstery area?

they go for like $150-300 functional. Prob isn't worth repairing unless you DIY.
That's a pretty cool find. They go for more than you'd expect on ebay, especially if you have the AC adaptor.

Is it battery operated? Open it up, look for corrosion from leaked batteries, check the wiring, look for blown caps, etc. Standard electronics repair stuff.
