Once again, there's no Kinks abum called "Rise and Fall of The British Empire." You're thinking of Arthur. That's the albums name. In parentheses next to "Arthur" its says "(Or The Decline and Fall of the British Empire)." It was the soundtrack for a TV rock opera/play they were working on but never completed.
