lo-fi, repetitive, elephant like vocals, I find that this albums evokes the feeling of suicide better than any other

more accessible and upbeat, post punk influences, led by Kim Carlsson aka the Dylan of black metal

post-rock influenced, meditative, Kim Carlsson again

>Nyktalgia - s/t
Burzum worship in the best way possible, repetitive

>Totalselfhatred - s/t
more accessible, catchy riffs, sad finnish men

>Austere - To Lay Like Old Ashes...
blackgaze, some clean vocals, clean production, avoid the last song (literally 20 min of the same riff)

Bethlehem - Dictus Te Necare
insane vocalist, songs shift from slow to fast very frequently, doom influenced

Silencer - Death Pierce Me
another insane vocalist (this time literally), popular release, second song is GOAT

Lyrinx - Ending the Circle of Life
two long songs, great vocals and killer guitar riffs, the drummer is a little bit off beat though

Animus - Poems for the Aching, Swords for the Infuriated
Israeli cult one man band that has a pretty big following for some reason, noisy and lo-fi, minimalist drums

Strid - End of Life
one song demo, classic and very influential

Trancelike Void - Unveiling the Silent Arms of Despair
dense as fuck, refrigerator-core
