How should my EQ be set?

I just noticed it's set to auto detect genres, but the genres on musicbee are all over the place. I have no idea what I'm doing and I just want my music to sound good.

But it sounds noticeably bad compared to spotify/youtube, lacks bass and depth whatever that means.
