I really like black people, so, yes, it would matter big time. It would be even worse if he was white honestly. Black people just have that energy and real ness and intensity that other races cannot have. They also look cooler and have better style. I wish I was black honestly and that's part of why I'm so thankful for the existence of DG, Kanye, etc.

doesn't make a really difference unless they're the minority of a scene i.e. giving an example and bucking the norm. So yeah i'll give more props for their guts but you'd have to be fucking stupid to have it change your opinion of the music
