I had a dream where Abbey Road was a Wings album once

i had a dream i was at this ceremony and nobody clapped for bernie sanders so i cheered for him and then this kid pulled out a gun and started shooting at me

The instrument one is an obvious one but if it's a drum beat just bang on a fucking book and record it with your phone. When I have an idea I just use my mouth and make the sounds and record it and listen later and play it out on the midi with what ever I need. But nothing has to be text book and if you have idea just use anything you can to keep that idea.

Step one is just get an instrument.
