Okay how much should I spend on a record player? And which one do you rec?

I have an at-lp120 which goes for 300 new, I think it's solid but there's probably something better you can get for cheaper

You honestly won't get anything decent under 200. You need a player with a counterweight and antiskate if you want your records to sound good and not get shredded up and the ones that run under like 200 don't have those things. You may be able to luck out on an older record player if you spend a bunch of time looking through craigslist/garage sales but it isn't likely. As someone else said, the at lp120 is probably the most solid cheapest record player you can get with everything/most of the stuff you need for vinyl listening.

Vinyl is a luxary, you have to spend good money on it.
