My local record stores site. They often update it with new releases, and occasionally have staff reviews. I don't check it too often, but it's pretty comfy.

i use discogs to dig through electronic labels and rym for everything else
occasionally i'll hop onto one of these popular music reviewing sites to see if any big artists have dropped anything new i might care about

rate a couple albums and use auto recommendations bro. It's not perfect but it gives you a ton of releases so a few of them are bound to be good
