It's for sure up there, only things within the genre that I personally hold higher are:

Pere Ubu - The Modern Dance
Black Flag - Nervous Breakdown
Nausea - Extinction
Ceremony - Ruined
Despise You - Westside Horizons
Dystopia - Human = Garbage (if this counts, nobody can fucking decide if this is sludge or crust)

So yeah, it's like 6 or 7 in my top 10.
