>it's a "Senile man writes nonsensical gibberish for 40 minutes and gets praised by critics" episode

Bowie wasn't senile, he was sharp as a pin right up until the end. You calling older people senile is like older people calling all young people unwise stupid emo snowflakes.
Bowie was pretty shit. Don't know why Urban Outfitter retards who play ukuleles liked the guy so much

but that's what all young people are. stoopid. because they don't listen to people who know more about life than them.

you're a little late for that train, buddy
yeah dying when your album comes out is really good for reviews, who knew?
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Double_Fantasy
The problem with the majority of modern music critiques is it solely relies on the reviewers feelings and thus is dependent on many factors besides the actual music itself.
Reviewing music on a technical basis is also stupid as even glitches produced by a sound/filter algorithm is considered music.
Music reviewing is highly subjective and whatever makes the listener feel good is its sole basis of criterion.
Other rubes will want to abstract and add more filler by tying the artist's historical upbringing and possibly theorize and tie together to the sound and lyric the artist has portrayed. Unless confirmed by the author, this is a similar case that occurs in literature. If the curtains are blue, the curtains are really just blue (and anything beyond is shoehorning subjective theories to the true author's intent (which is to be consumed as-is))..

I wish more senile men would write albums like these...

Bob Dylan has plenty of good albums
