Can I get some albums that are extravagant, uplifting, passionate yet also feature songs that are bittersweet or tug at your heartstrings? This is an example to me. When I first heard it, it blew my expectations out of the water and made me want to shout out my window at someone to tell them they look great today. Which I did do.

He wrote an essay in one of his books, "Sex Drugs and Cocoa Puffs" about how The Nylon Curtain is an under-appreciated but excellent album, citing Where's the Orchestra in particular.
Until this thread, that was the only place I heard of this album.

I have that one, along with some other of his albums. Yet another artist that's been floating around that I haven't been compelled to listen to. Will do

I think someone talked to me about him once.
Nope. Found the album at a flea market. I highly recommend it to everyone I meet on here.
