music that you enjoy and get energized by. if we recommend you stuff you dont like it wont be good for a workout. it also depends on what kind of workout. i often did night runs in the woods with burzum in my ears. that was pretty amazing. for running i gerneraly like more monotonous mesmerizing music. pop music or hip hop gives me a headache while running. but when i just lift some weights at home i rather put on some hip hop like danny brown or young thug.

Always got good fast paced workouts with this.
