I've heard this term constantly for 23 years and I have literally no idea what it's supposed to represent, because the only 2 logical interpretations make no sense. do you mean the sound of someone pressing their lips together? because that doesn't make a fucking sound. and if you mean the sound of someone hitting their lips with their hand... why? who does this and for what purpose?
