It was honestly not that bad of an album, honestly a good "prelude" i guess to his most recent LP. i might be in the minority in this but i like his music that's more kinda spoken wordy n shit, though i do wish there were more full songs on them.

hes good at the corny memerap thing lyrically but thats not too much of a feat imo. Um is his best song and awaken was pretty impressive tho it brought nothing new to the table especially for such a diverse genre like funk

haven't listened to STN MTN but Kauai is pretty good.

But STN MTN / Kauai weren't meme-rap. This is why I was so impressed by it. Just about everything he does is meme-rap (I haven't heard Awaken yet) but STN MTN was pretty straightforward Southern hip-hop and Kauai was, I dunno, something else, but it wasn't meme-rap.

kauai was synthpop and r&b and pretty good for the most part

In b4 Because of the Internet. I like the inclusion of both straightforward-radio music. To the progression of some of the more ambient tracks. The track Sober gave me a bad taste for kuoi.
