Name a better live album than this.
Protip: you can't (though you may try ;) )

Fucking love OPs album though

I love how the Original 1970 LP only had six songs, and now, only recently, they released all thirty-three of them, haha. I know they only had a limited amount of space on an LP, but still...
>>70328498
Came here to post this. Also about a dozen jazz albums, OP.
>>70328449
imo it's a tie between that album and this one.

I'm >>70328580 and I forgot to mention this also.

I have the Deluxe Edition CD with every track in my car, which gets quite a lot of use.
You can find it for like $5 too. It'd be cool to have the original LP just for the sake of the history though.

OP here. This boxset is probably the best 60's jazz ever (better than Kind of Blue even, imo).
>>70328710
Well it would have to be since Kind of Blue is a 50s jazz album.
>>70328606
OP here again. What album is this, by to by?
>>70328856
True, but Kind of Blue is at the end of the 50's (59), and it influenced the sound of where jazz was going for a little while (although Coltrane and Dolphy were paving their own path at the time).
>>70328891
But it was released in the 50s. Man.
>>70328928
Yeah, yeah. ;)

Should I save this for when I trip on shrooms at the beach this summer or listen to it now?
I've been holding off on it for something special
>>70330534
Save it for the trip, that would be incredible.
>>70330534
shrooms at the beach. Dude, listen to Long Season homie while on them. My God, if this was just on one disc and an album on it's own, it would be one of the greatest albums of the 90's.
