Can you recommend some good albums of "traditionnal" japanese music ? I know basically nothing about asian music, but I was listening to Babymetal, and though I do not like Babymetal, I liked the intro to "Headbanger"

Search for "Wagakki Band". Traditional Japanese instruments, modern music.
If you just want some good Japanese rock, try Band Maid. They actually play their instruments.
Shakuhachi music: a bell in the empty sky
Ensemble nipponia
Geinoh yamashirogumi- chi no hibiki
Hard to find good traditional generally
