So whenever people are asked about who their favorite musical artists are, for the most part they respond with some old 60's - 80's rock artist or band.
In this thread, I want you to name your favorite musical artists post 1990 (ones formed before 1990 do not count).
Mine is definitely Mark Kozelek. He's released 2 (possibly 3 or 4 depending on my mood) masterpiece albums throughout his career, and dozens of other worthwhile efforts as well. I sometimes find it hard to believe that the same man that put out Down Colorful Hill also put out Benji.

Definately check out Spiral
Inspector norse (justin vandervolgen edit)
Ragysh

You'll find a heap of good stuff if you check out his edits too... there's a torrent with about 100 of them. I'd link you it but can't go to piratebay in my country without a vpn. just search todd terje edits on piratebay

Queens of the Stone Age or The Strokes
Now that I think about it many of my favorite bands were formed in the 80s and boomed in the 90s
>>70011734
>(ones formed before 1990 do not count).
What if they did but didn't do anything until the 90s? Because otherwise Radiohead's out of the running.
