I have asperger's syndrome and very sensitive hearing. Any loud or high (above 7000khz or so) sounds bother me. What music should I listen to?
Pic related is very soothing

The Gerogerigegege

That sucks massive boners. I'm an aspie too, but I'm a huge metalhead and love loud sludge, black metal, etc. Jazz and ambient/drone would be really dope for you, and arguably classical too. How does free jazz sound to you?
duster, early day miners, bluetile lounge

Classical? Violins, cymbals? You'll fuck him up.

I don't know how loud he's talking about, I assumed as long as it's not like Sludge metal, mathcore, or noise it's fine.

I've listened to that Coltrane album (Ascension) and the cymbals were really annoying. That's all I know as far as free jazz is concerned

not as much as you would be losing by never listening to it at all
you could be missing out on something as vital as the velvet underground just because of the celesta on sunday morning for example, but if you EQ'd it you could still get the overall experience just with bad sound
