Did you listen to it? What did you think?
Is noise the last of the post modernist bastions for corporate exploitation?
It's entry level stuff but I thought it was very well put together.

nobody likes noise. you can water it down as much as you want. but its not a genre you can make trendy

Adult Swim was extremely successful with marketing Death Grips, and the noise on this compilation is pretty accessible. I think it can become a trend but not far outside of people who already wear Swans shirts to shows.

yeah good luck on corporate trying to make money off that. im sure epic records will encourage it

I miss Moral Orel too.
>>69825006
This is ridiculously entry-level, but maybe if Adult Swim makes this shit trendy then people won't act like I'm retarded for liking noise
>>69825952
Talking about World Peace, what the fuck is Moral Orel?

That niche market is getting larger and larger everyday though. It's poseur-core for liberal arts kids.
>>69825960
It's entry level but it's making it more accessible for a potential larger audience, it's the only thing left for people to shill to sound more interesting.
>MxBx
It's good.

again these kids would rather talk about rihanna than noise music. I'm in college for art history i hang around these types name dropping noise music is just for the cultured status.
AS can shill noise music all they want its not gonna take off.

Yeah well we all hope don't we. The people who laughed at me for listening to noise a couple of years ago are the ones going to noise/ambient shows.
