Tell me about Bach, why is he more named that the others?
Is it for his Bachiana minor scale? Or is there more?
did other composers have their work put on a nokia 3310?
didn't think so

He's consistently excellent. No one really tops his use of chord function, voice leading and counterpoint.
Not only is his music technically flawless, it is full of emotion and tastefully written too. A rare combination.

Also I'm not an expert so I might be wrong, but I believe I once read something that said Bach was chosen to test the first piano prototype. You could say he was the first pianist ever.

technical and '''mathematically''' more sound than any other composer.
mozart belonged to a period where musical composition was constrained by a strict set of rules, and he was able to create a complex and diverse repertoire within those rules.

this is a piece from his well tempered clavier, a set of exercises designed for beginner practice. even to the untrained ear, the music follows a clearly logical progression. almost as if it is unfolding itself, which is why many musicians say the voice of god is present in his work. he wrote a prelude (like the link) and an accompanying fugue for all 24 major an minor keys, twice, in a book 1 and 2.
if you ever take a music composition class, you will likely start with the classical composition rules that mozart had in his time, and you'll see how difficult it is to come up with anything that doesn't sound contrived and awkward. the man was a genius, and his reputation is well deserved.

If you want to show Bach's genius, the inventions are not the way to go. They are mainly for educational purposes. Bach was one of the first people to test the piano, but he wasn't impressed. Ofcourse the piano then was far more primitive than the modern piano.

Yeah I read he thought it was shit and gave a lot of negative feedback, which was used by the guy who invented it to improve it.

He is the grand master of harmony.
