Why do you people object on this so much? I don't speak for everyone, but I enjoy noise/PE and industrial because of the "unusual" arrangement of sounds, not because 'oh wow so shocking!!!'. Also, most of those genres are the embodiment of anger and frustration. It's raw, emotional and direct to the point.
