I suppose it depends on the definition of "prog", I personally define it as rock music with influences and experimentation that elevates the music beyond being something to shake your ass or sway your lighter to. Progressing the music if you will.
Lark's with its eastern-European and atonal riffs would fit that bill pretty well, unlike something like Gentle Giant's Octopus for example which is so bewilderingly original that it's not really "rock" anymore

I'll admit that it doesn't captivate attention like the rest of the tracks. I consider Moonchild's improv section the calm before the storm of the title track, where wandering off really isn't a possibility.
